Hustle & Heart 2019 Women’s Conference

According to the National Association of Women Business Owners, “9.1 Million Companies in the United States are woman-owned businesses. These 9.1 million companies employ 7.9 million employees and generate over 1.4 trillion in sales.” Locally, the Madisonville Hopkins County area has over 80 women-owned businesses. Therefore, we feel that women-owned businesses are very important in our community said, Ruthann Padgett, VP of Operations at the Madisonville Hopkins County Economic Development Corporation.

On April 11th our event will begin with a breakfast keynote and culminate with a lunch keynote address. The breakfast keynote will be Helen Gülgün Bukulmez, Attorney at Law at Spencer Law Group and the lunch keynote being Donna Van Eekeren, Executive Chairman of the Board of Land O’Frost, Inc.

This year, we are excited to announce the addition of vendor spaces. We are inviting area women-owned businesses of all sizes to come out and let the community know about their business. We are pleased to provide a venue for small, local businesses and a meeting ground for people who want to shop fresh, local products in a fun and inviting atmosphere. We will provide the table, chairs and the space to set up the display. We hope that you can join us for the 5th Annual Women’s Conference in Madisonville, KY!
