Michael Ramage
President
Michael Ramage, PhD, serves as the director for the Center for Computer Information Technologies (CCIT) at Murray State University, where CCIT conducts research in various areas of technology as well as serving as a liaison between the academic and private sectors to see that a sufficient technology workforce is available. Previously, Michael held several positions over eight years, within the national technology non-profit Connected Nation, which was the recipient of five state and federal grants totaling over $14 million. Michael earned his doctorate in technology management from Indiana State University and holds MS and BS degrees from Murray State University. Michael has obtained his PMP from the Project Management Institute.
Andy Adams

Andy Adams works as the Information Technologies Manager for Four Rivers Nuclear Partnership, a federal contractor working with the Department of Energy to plan, cleanup, deactivate and remediate the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant located in Paducah, KY. Andy has been providing leadership in the technology sector for over 25 years. After several years of successful programming adventures with USDA, Easter Seal Systems and United Systems & Software, Andy spent the next 11 years with the Murray-Calloway County Hospital as their Information Systems Director / CIO helping to develop an internal Information Technologies Department and formally insourcing their IT operations. After MCCH, Andy spent the next 10 years with Lourdes Hospital located in Paducah, KY as their Director of IT where he help to implement Epic’s electronic health record as well as many building expansion programs. Andy has earned his Bachelors of Science in Computer Science and his Master of Management of Technology from Murray State University. He is the 2018 recipient of the Dick Anderson Leadership Award presented by the Murray State University’s Center of Telecommunications Systems Management.
Wes Kerr

Wes Kerr currently holds the position of director of community solutions at Connected Nation. His responsibilities involve developing and maintaining relationships with solutions providers with a focus on assisting communities with broadband and technology advancement. In this role, he reviews, recommends and assists communities with actions and tasks related to the advancement of their community’s access, adoption and use of broadband. Wes has served Connected Nation in a variety of roles for over 12 years. Wes developed and maintained relationships with the largest broadband providers across the United States and worked through ways to gather sensitive data, earning their trust, which led to their willingness to participate in state and federal funded broadband mapping initiatives. Wes managed the functional team responsible for gathering data for over 1200 broadband providers in the U.S. and worked closely with that team to resolve issues with the data provided and as a liaison between providers and states.
Barry Phelps

Barry Phelps is the Chair of the STEM Division (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) at Henderson Community College and serves on Kyndle H.E.A.T. (Henderson Entrepreneurial and Technology) board. He has served as Senator at Large, chaired the Systems Computer and Information Technologies Curriculum Committee and is the chair of his local Faculty Affairs Committee. He has served on two High School advisory boards and currently serves on Morehead State’s University School of Engineering and Information Systems advisory board. Other professional achievements include being certified as a Quality Matters (QM) CPE and Higher Education Peer Reviewer of online courses. He holds several industry certifications related to information technology from where he was a network manager for nine years. He is the recipient of Henderson’s President’s Award, and the Julian E. Duffy Community College Education Award.
Monica Bilak

Monica Bilak is a social impact and strategic designer. She works with government, education, non-profits and business teams to solve complex economic issues and develop more prosperous communities. Currently, she works with the Paducah Public Schools and the Area Vocational Center to develop programs that create interest and skills in emerging industry. She is also the director of Sprocket, a nonprofit makerspace created to inspire lifelong learning.
ray Hagerman

Ray Hagerman is President of Madisonville –Hopkins County Economic Development Corporation (KY) since April 2016. He came to Madisonville from Farmington, New Mexico where he was CEO of Four Corners Economic Development for 3 years. Prior to Farmington, he was Director of the Entrepreneurial Signature Program for the Dayton (OH) region as a VP at Dayton Development Coalition. He served as President of Nextedge, a Technology Park in Springfield OH and was Director of Finance at the HM Turner Foundation in Springfield OH. Prior to Ohio, Ray served for over 16 years in banking in the Nashville TN area. He was a commissioned officer in the United States Air Force and is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and the Economic Development Institute at the University of Oklahoma.
Brandon kindle

Brandon Kindle, President of DEVsource Technology Solutions, is a graduate of Murray State University Telecommunications Systems Management program. Brandon started working as an Information Technology professional in the early 2000’s and entered his career with DEVsource in 2006. Part of Brandon’s role is to oversee the day to day operations and technical services of DEVsource as well as participate in their growth strategy. With a passion for aviation and the region, Brandon serves on the Murray Calloway County airport board and has recently graduated from the Leadership Murray program.
Kevin latta
Board Member
Kevin Latta, CSI’s vice president of network and security, leads the company’s enterprise security and networking operations. In his role, he sets the strategic security direction for CSI, leveraging both vendors and cutting-edge technology. Kevin also oversees a team of nearly 60 security and IT professionals as the leader of CSI’s Managed Services Security and Networking Operations Centers. Since joining CSI in 1996 as a datacomm analyst, Kevin has held various leadership positions, ranging from datacomm supervisor, network operations manager, and director of network and security operations. He holds multiple certifications, including Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), Information System Security Engineering Professional (ISSEP), Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM) and Certified in Information Systems and RISC Control (CRISC). Kevin also participates in various security advisory councils including Cisco and RSA. Kevin graduated Cum Laude from Murray State University where he received B.S. in Telecommunications Systems Management. Kevin also is a graduate of Paducah Leadership, and has worked with Oscar Cross Boys and Girls Club of America in enhancing their computer lab.

Andrew Murrell serves as senior vice president and chief information officer at Community Financial Services Bank (CFSB). He oversees the bank’s data infrastructure and information systems. Andrew has been with CFSB since June of 2002, and has over 18 years of experience in the technology field. He has earned certifications including Cisco Certified Network Associate, Cisco Certified Network Associate Voice, Microsoft MCP, Security+, Network+ and Netapp certifications. Andrew is a graduate of the Barret Graduate School of Banking.

Ashley Pogue is the President of ITC3, LLC, a business network infrastructure and connectivity company that leverages patented technology to reach cloud resources. ITC3 works with Fortune 10 – 100 companies including Ford Motor Company, Pearson Education, and GE, among others, to develop highly secure, self-healing, fully-automated networks with unlimited scaling potential. In addition, ITC3has developed several virtual appliances including a virtual router for edge peering. Her responsibilities include managing the subcontractor team and their projects, ITC3product roadmaps, vendor relationships with AWS, Google, and Microsoft, and most importantly visioning customer success using ITC3solutions. Ashley is currently focused on bringing ITC3’s high-end solutions to local businesses and to the global marketplace. Ashley has worked in a number of verticals including nonprofit, government, and manufacturing. Since 2003, Ashley has worked in IT consulting, and her primary focus continues to be on providing top quality solutions and service for the customer. She is a graduate of University of Kentucky, a Kentucky Colonel, and a Christian County Chamber of Commerce Spirit of Leadership Award winner.

Doug Truitt is the co-founder and chief executive officer of Kalleo Technologies, a managed information technology services company he started with his brother, John, in 2004. Doug has worked in the information technology industry since the early 1990’s. His background is primarily in the area of deployment and management of highly efficient remote management systems for Fortune 500 sized companies. The Truitts founded Kalleo with the goal of bringing enterprise level information technology support to small and mid-sized organizations. Today, Kalleo continues to realize that goal by supporting over 5,000 endpoints nationwide from Hawaii to New York all from their offices in downtown Paducah, thereby making significant contributions to the economies of Paducah and McCracken County.
CHRIS WOOLDRIDGE

Chris Wooldridge serves as an instructor in the Arthur J. Bauernfeind College of Business in the areas of finance, banking and economic development. He also serves in a regional outreach capacity connecting community and campus seeking to develop student academic learning opportunities as well as create jobs and wealth to improve the economic conditions in the region. Previously he served as the District Director of the Murray State University Small Business Development Center providing business consulting and training services to pre-venture and existing businesses throughout western Kentucky. In addition he managed regional outreach as well as the operations and staff of the two main regional centers to ensure delivery of business consulting services throughout 24 counties of western Kentucky.
Mr. Wooldridge is a former entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the banking & financial services community. He has held numerous positions in the banking industry and has experience with business development, corporate compliance, credit analyses, business restructuring, bankruptcy administration and corporate lending. He is a Rotarian and has served many organizations throughout the region. Mr. Wooldridge received his undergraduate and his MBA from Murray State University. Additionally he is a graduate of the Kentucky School of Insurance, the Kentucky School of Banking, and received his certification through the Kentucky Institute for Economic Development. He is a graduate of the Delta Regional Authority Leadership Institute and currently serves on the DRA Delta Regional Council for Kentucky. He is a member of the Kentucky Association for Economic Development and received his professorial teaching credentialing from the AACSB. He instructs across many different topics including, finance, lending, underwriting, business management and operation, corporate turnarounds and restructuring, leadership and economic development.
