Filling the Gap: A Summit on Meeting Rural Workforce Needs

If you are concerned with or working toward helping regional employers find workers they need, please join us for this summit on August 30th at the Brown Badgett, Sr. Energy and Advanced Technology Building on the campus of Madisonville Community College.

In Western Kentucky, many employers are adding jobs and capital investment, yet are struggling to find people to fill those jobs. This workshop aims to provide participants with ideas, tools, and strategies to deepen and broaden the pool of workers available to businesses over the short- and long-term.
